Hi! I’m Dr. Nicole Hampton, Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and founder of Hampton Holistic.

I’m so grateful you’re here.

My journey into healing didn’t begin in a clinic. It began with loss, deep questions, and an unshakable desire to understand how the mind, body, and spirit are connected.

After losing my father to depression at age 15, struggling for years with relentless PMS and acne, and working in a career that left me emotionally and physically depleted… I knew there had to be another way. Those experiences cracked something open in me—and ultimately guided me toward a path of purpose and heart-led healing.

That path led me to Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it changed everything.

I earned my Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and became board-certified through the NCCAOM. I also hold Bachelor’s degrees in Health Science, Psychology, and Communication Studies, which continue to shape the integrative, whole-person lens I bring to every patient’s care.
I deeply believe that the body keeps the score—and we can’t fully heal the physical without honoring what’s happening emotionally and energetically too.

Today, I blend acupuncture, functional medicine, herbal medicine, cupping therapy, nutrient injections, blood work analysis, and personalized lifestyle strategies to treat both the root cause and the whole person.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all protocols. I believe in care that supports the body and honors the heart—through every age, stage, and shift. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and centered around you.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me exercising, trying a new recipe, listening to music, reading, or spending time with loved ones.
